It's all about your potential and motivation, not your grades or financial means We're trying to find the most talented and dedicated students for our community, regardless of their academic, cultural, or financial backgrounds. Your school grades don't matter here. Our selection process is fueled by motivation and curiosity — and it's an exciting learning experience in itself.
1.Written Application
Submit your documents through our application portal. We are eager to get to know you and will ask you various questions — no technical knowledge is required. Just be yourself.
2. Personal Video Call
In the second step, you’ll have a conversation with the admission team. We want to get to know you personally and also make sure you have all the important information about studying at CODE and about the next steps. It’s not a traditional interview, but an open exchange – and a great opportunity for you to ask us any questions you might have.
3. Admission Day
For the final step, we will invite you to Berlin. You will spend one day at CODE and work on a group project together with other applicants. Afterwards you’ll have a final interview. For international students we also offer remote admission days. You’ll be informed whether you receive an offer for a study contract a few days later.

At CODE, we want to attract the most talented students - not the most privileged.
As a private university, we are not funded by the state. Therefore, we need a financial contribution from our students. The regular tuition fees are €1150 per month. At the same time, we want to ensure that anyone with the talent and motivation can study at CODE - regardless of your financial situation. Recognizing that CODE graduates rank among the highest-earning graduates in Europe, we've introduced a "Pay Later Model." With this agreement, you only pay back the contributions after you graduate, when you are earning a significant income. The repayment then amounts to 13.2% of your income. If you earn less than the minimum rate, you don't pay anything.
